குஜராத் .. கோவில் நடனம் பார்த்த தலித் இளைஞர் அடித்து கொலை! பட்டேல் கோவில் நடனத்தை பார்த்துவிட்டானாம்!

Ellaam Samam: குஜராத்தில் கோவிலில் நடக்கும் நடனத்தைத் தன்வீட்டிலிருந்து பார்த்துக் கொண்டிருந்த 21வயது தலித் இளைஞனை பட்டேல் சாதியைச் சேர்ந்த கும்பல் தாக்கியதில் மரணம் அடைந்தான். இந் நிகழ்ச்சியைப் பார்க்க உங்களைப் போன்றவர்களுக்கு உரிமை இல்லை என்று அவன் தலையைச் சுவரில் மோதியதில் இறந்துள்ளான். காவல் அதிகாரி இது திட்டமிட்டு நடக்கவில்லை எதிர்பாராதவிதமாக நடந்ததாம் குற்றவாளி விரைவில் கைது செய்யப்படுவானாம்.
செப்டம்பர் 25, 29 தேதிகளில் குஜராத்தில் சவரம் செய்யக் கூடாது மீசை வைக்க் கூடாது என்று தாக்கியுள்ளனர்.

நடந்த கொலை எதிர்பாராதவிதமாய் நடந்தது என ஒரு காவல் அதிகாரி சொல்ல அவசியமென்ன. திட்டமிட்டுக் கொல்ல வில்லை ஆனால் தலித் கீழ்சாதி என்ற வெறுப்பில் தாக்கியிருக்கிறான். அது திட்டமிடலைவிட மோசமானதல்லவா? அப்படிப்பட்ட வெறுப்பை அவன் பெற்றோர் உறவினர் ஊரார் வளர்த்துள்ளனரே. அவர்களுக்கு என்ன தண்டனை. இதை நீங்கள் ஒத்துக்கொண்டால்தான் குற்றவாளி தப்பிக்காமல் கொடுந் தண்டனை வழங்க முடியும். ஆனால் நீங்கள் இரக்கமற்ற வெறி நாய்கள். ஒத்துக்கொள்ள மாட்டீர்கள். அதனால்தான் கயர்லாஞசிக் கொலையாளிகள் விடுவிக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.

A 21-year-old Dalit man was allegedly beaten to death by a group of men from the Patel community for watching a garba event underway in a temple in Anand district.
The deceased has been identified as Jayesh Solanki, who along with his cousin Prakash and two other Dalit men was attacked while they were sitting near a house adjacent to the temple where the garba event was underway.
The accused upper caste men reportedly passed derogatory remarks about their caste and opposed their attendance so close to the temple.
A police officer at the Bhadran Police Station said, "The accused said Dalits "do not have any right to watch garba . He made casteist remarks and asked some men to come to the spot."
Jayesh was brutally thrashed by the mob of unruly upper caste men along with his friends and cousin. "Jayesh's head was banged against a wall," added a police officer.
When rushed to the hospital, he was declared brought dead. The incident took place around 4 am on Sunday.
"We have registered an FIR under IPC sections related to murder and the Prevention of Atrocities Act against eight men," an official said.
Deputy SP (SC/ST cell) AM Patel said it did not appear to be a pre-planned attack.
"Jayesh was killed in the heat of the moment, as there was no rivalry between him and the accused. We are probing the case from all angles. The accused will be arrested soon," the officer added.
