யார் அந்த மேல் முறையீட்டு நீதிபதி? லங்கா காடியன் இணையத்தில் ஒரு மேல் முறை ஈட்டு நீதிபதியின் மிகவும் குரூரமான பாலியல் வன்முறை சம்பவத்தைப்பற்றிய செய்தி பதிவாகயுள்ளது. இச்சம்பவம் கொழும்பில் பலரும் நன்றாக அறிந்தததே என்றும் அந்த இணையம் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ளது. இதில் பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் வீட்டு பணிப்பெண் என்று அதில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது

சில வருடங்களுக்கு முன்பாக யாழ் பல்கலைக்கழக விரிவுரையாளர் ஒருவரும் தனது வீட்டுப்பணிப்பெண் சிறுமி மீது தொடர்ச்சியான பாலியல் வன்முறையை மேற்ற்கொண்டு இருந்தார், ஆனால் அவர் புலிகளின் செல்வாக்கினால் வன்னிக்கு தப்பி சென்று தப்பி விட்டார்.

Appeal court judge involved in a serious sexual abuse.

(July 11, Colombo, Sri Lanka Guardian) A woman domestic worker has made a complaint of very cruel sexual abuse against an appeal court judge. The complaint is now well known to the lawyers community in Colombo. It is also known to the highest authorities of the country. The woman has suffered very serious injuries and some of her basic physical functions have been affected.

Despite of a complaint been made, no inquiry is been made regarding this incident. This appeals court judge continues to sit in court and hear cases.

We do have the name of the judge and the details of the shameful acts and the injuries. As our aim is not to cause scandal to courts we withhold this information for the moment.

As there is very great likelihood to prevent investigations and action against the judge ,we urge the women’s organizations and other concerned organizations to take up this matter with authorities to ensure justice and to protect this poor and innocent woman.
