வாயில் டேப்பை ஒட்டி பள்ளி மாணவி்க்கு தண்டனை

Hyderabad: In the 35-degree heat in Hyderabad, a school girl was ordered to stand in the sun for more than five hours.  A bandage was taped over her mouth.  This was her teacher's way of punishing her for not doing her homework. She was not allowed any food or water.
16-year-old Fatima collapsed from dehydration and had to be rushed to hospital for emergency care. She has recovered.
Her parents have filed a police case against her teacher and school, specifically the teacher Sajida and principal Afroze, who the girl has named. Neither the school teachers nor the principal were available for comment.

 ஆந்திரா தலைநகர் ஐதராபாத்தில் பள்ளி ஒன்றில் படித்து வருபவர் பாத்திமா. இவர் ஆசிரியர் தந்த வீ்ட்டு பாடத்தை முடிக்காமல் பள்ளிக்கு சென்றுள்ளார்.
 வீட்டு பாடம் செய்யாத மாணவியின் வாயில் டேப்பை ஒட்டவைத்து தண்ணீர் மற்றும் உணவு உட்பட எந்தவித உணவும் வழங்கமால், ஐந்து மணி நேரம் வரையில் 35 டிகிரி ‌கொளுத்தும் வெயிலில் நிற்க வைத்து ஆசிரியர் தண்டனை வழங்கியுள்ளார்.

இச்சம்பவத்தில் மாணவி மயக்க நிலைக்கு சென்றதால் அவர் உடனடியாக மருத்துவமனையில் அவசர சிகிச்சை பிரிவில் ‌ சேர்க்கப்பட்டார். இது குறித்து மாணவியின் பெற்றோர் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் பள்ளியின் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க கோரி போலீசில் புகார் அளித்துள்ளனர்
