அந்த போயிங் 787-8 ட்ரீம்லைனர் விமானத்தின் 11A இருக்கையில் பயணம் செய்தவர் என்று ஆமதாபாத் காவல் ஆணையர் ஜி.எஸ். மாலிக் கூறியதாக ஏஎன்ஐ செய்தி முகமை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
மேலும், உயிர் பிழைத்த அந்த நபர் மருத்துவமனையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டு சிகிச்சை பெற்று வருகிறார் என்றும் ஜி.எஸ். மாலிக் கூறியுள்ளார்.
விமான நிறுவன அதிகாரிகள் முன்னர் பகிர்ந்த விமானம் குறித்த அறிக்கைப்படி, 11A இருக்கையில் இருந்த பயணி விஸ்வாஷ் குமார் ரமேஷ் என்றும், அவர் பிரிட்டன் குடியுரிமை பெற்றவர் என்றும் தெரிகிறது.

"விமானம் புறப்பட்ட 30 விநாடிகளுக்குப் பிறகு, ஒரு பெரிய சத்தம் கேட்டது, பின்னர் விமானம் விபத்துக்குள்ளானது. எல்லாம் மிக விரைவாக நடந்தது" என விஸ்வாஷ் கூறியதாக சில இந்திய செய்தி முகமைகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன.

Who is responsible? How many more incidents, how many more committees, how many more investigations will it take?
Are we truly on board for a Viksit Bharat 2047?
When custodial deaths are reported, we hold lengthy discussions. But in aviation, do we wait until another disaster before we forget again? How many innocent lives must be sacrificed to this unacceptable irresponsibility?
Until people are held accountable and discipline is enforced, the situation in this country will not improve.
We’re fortunate that our armed forces continue to set an example, a reminder that success only comes through discipline.
