சுற்றுச்சூழல் செயற்பாட்டாளர் முகிலன் காணாமல்போன வழக்கின்
விசாரணை அறிக்கையை மார்ச் 4ம் தேதி தாக்கல்செய்ய உயர்நீதிமன்றம் உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. கடந்த பிப்ரவரி 15ம் தேதி முதல் அவரைக் காணவில்லை என்பதும், அவரைக் கண்டுபிடிக்கவேண்டும் என ஆட்கொணர்வு மனு போடப்பட்டிருப்பதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது
சென்னை: சமூக செயல்பாட்டாளர் முகிலன் மாயமானதில் அரசு மீது சந்தேகம் இருப்பதாக மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தெரிவித்துளளார். ஸ்டெர்லைட் துப்பாக்கிச்சூடு ஆதாரத்தை வெளியிட்ட முகிலனை ஒருவாரம் காணவி்ல்லை எனவுட் கூறினார். சட்டம் ஒழுங்கை நிலைநாட்டும் பொறுப்பில் இருப்போர் முகிலனை மீட்க வேண்டும் எனவும் கூறினார்.

An update on the HCP as regarding Mugilan Swamiyathal that was filed in the Madras High Court, Chennai and the hearing came before Mr.Justice M. Sathyanarayanan and Mr.Justice Nirmal Kumar and was argued by Ms.Sudha Ramalingam .

The police have reported that a CSR has been registered at Olakkur Police Station in Villupuram District and yet another CSR at Kancheepuram Police Station in Kancheepuram District saying that the mobile number given by the Petitioner as that of Mugilan Swamiyathal stands in some one else's name. It was active only till Kancheepuram and not till Olakkur. Yet they have registered CSRs in both Kancheepuram and Olakkur police stations.
Ms.Sudha Ramalingam brought to the notice of the Court that Mr.Natarajan, Inspector of Police had called Mr.Aseer Ranjitham last night and inquired him about Mugilan Swamiyathal on instructions from higher officers. The PP said that it was part of the investigation about Mugilan Swamiyathal by Olakkur police.
A copy of the FIR registered by the Egmore Railway Police was filed by Ms.Sudha Ramalingam It was admitted that as per CCTV footage Mugilan Swamiyathal was seen to be going out of the Egmore Station and no footage was there to see his returning to the station. The Public Prosecutor said that the said FIR has been transferred to F-2, Egmore Police Station.
Therefore, the Hon'ble Court suo motto impleaded the Inspector of Police, F-2, Egmore PS and the Deputy Commissioner of Police Triplicane to investigate and report on 04.03.2019.
