Arumugam Selvi : விதவை தாயிடமிருந்து 13 வயது சிறுமியை ரவுடி கடத்திச் சென்றான்.
திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டம், நாங்குநேரி வட்டம், களக்காடு காவல் நிலையத்திற் குட்பட்ட தேவநல்லூர் கிராமத்தைச் சேர்ந்த விதவை தாய் இசக்கியம்மாள், மூன்று ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு தனது கணவரை உடல் நலக்குறைவால் இழந்தார். அவர் தனது 14, 13 வயது மகள்கள் மற்றும் 12 வயது மகனுடன் கூலி வேலைகளை செய்து வாழ்ந்து வந்தார்.
அதே கீழதேவநல்லூர் பறையர் மக்கள் மீது நான்கு கொடுமைகளைச் செய்தவர் சுடலையின் மகன் முப்பிடாதி என்பவர் என அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டார். 15.10.2020 அன்று, விதவை தாய் எசக்கியம்மாள் வேலைக்குச் சென்றபிறகு அவரது வீட்டிற்குள் நுழைந்து, முப்பிடாதி கத்தியால் சிறுமியை பாலியல் பலாத்காரம் செய்ய முயன்றார். பெண்ணின் சகோதரர் வீட்டிற்குள் வந்து முப்பிடாடி வீட்டை விட்டு வெளியே ஓடினார்
சிறுமியின் தாய் நாங்குநேரி அனைத்து மகளிர் காவல் நிலையத்தில் புகார் அளித்து எதிரி மீது போக்சோ சட்டம் - 2012 -ன் கீழ் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்து சிறையில் அடைக்கப்பட்டார். ஜாமீனில் வெளிவந்த முப்பிடாதி 13 வயது சிறுமி பலமுறை குறிவைத்து பட்டுள்ளார். இது தொடர்பாக எசக்கியம்மாள் போலீசிலும் புகார் அளித்துள்ளார்.
04.09.2021 அன்று நீண்ட நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு இடையன்குளம் அமீர்ஜம்மாள் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி திறக்கப்பட்டதில் இருந்து அந்த பெண் காலை 8.15 மணிக்கு சைக்கிளில் பள்ளிக்குச் செல்கிறாள்.
வழக்கம் போல் இன்று போய் நாளை வாங்க என்று போலீசார் கூறி வருகின்றனர். விதவை தாய் இசக்கியம்மாள் குழந்தையை நினைத்து சாப்பிடவில்லை. அவர்தான் அதே முப்பிடாடி அதே கிராமத்தில் வாழ்ந்த தலித் பெண் கனி உட்பட தலித் மக்களை வெட்டி காயப்படுத்தி கொடுமை செய்தார். தலித் வன்முறைச் சட்டத்தின் கீழ் பொய்யாக குற்றம் சாட்டப்படுகிறோம் என்று மாவட்ட எஸ்பியிடம் முப்பிடாடியின் பாட்டி புகார் செய்தார்.
தலித் மக்கள் மீது கொடுமைகளை நிகழ்த்திய எதிரி இப்போது தங்கள் சமூகப் பெண்களை சீர்குலைக்கிறார்.
எனவே களக்காடு காவல் நிலைய ஆய்வாளருக்கு எதிரி மீது கடினமான பிரிவுகளின் கீழ் வழக்குப் பதிவு செய்து கைது செய்து சிறையில் அடைத்து விதவையான தாயிடம் பாதுகாப்பாக கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
மேலும் நாங்குநேரி காவல் துணைக் கண்காணிப்பாளர் நேர்மைக்கு பெயர் பெற்றவர். அவர் இந்த விஷயத்தில் சிறப்பு கவனம் எடுத்து பெண் குழந்தைகளின் பாதுகாப்பில் துரித நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பவர் என்பதால் எதிரியை குண்டர் சட்டத்தின் கீழ் புதைக்க வேண்டும் என்றார்.
திருநெல்வேலி சிறப்பு நீதிமன்றத்தில் எதிரிகளுக்கு எதிரான நடவடிக்கைகளை விரைவுபடுத்தவும், சிறப்பு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவும் வலியுறுத்துகிறோம்.
பெண்களுக்கு எதிரான தொடர் வன்முறை மற்றும் பாலியல் குற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுபவர்களுக்கு நீதிமன்றங்கள் ஜாமீன் வழங்கக்கூடாது. அதே நேரத்தில் சித்திரவதை வழக்கில் எதிரிகளுக்கு உயர் நீதிமன்றங்கள் ஜாமீன் மற்றும் ஊக்குவிப்பு வழங்கியதன் விளைவு எதிரி தொடர் குற்றங்களில் ஈடுபடுவதற்கு வழிவகுக்கிறது என்பதை இங்குள்ள பொது மக்கள் கருத்தில் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

Rowdy abducts 13-year-old girl from widowed mother.
Ishaqiyammal, a widow from Devanallur village under the Kalakkadu police station in Nanguneri circle, Tirunelveli district, lost her husband to an illness three years ago. He worked with his 14-, 13-year-old daughters and 12-year-old son and worked as a laborer.
The perpetrator of the four atrocities in the village was identified as Mupitadi, the son of Sudalai. On 15.10.2020, the widow's mother broke into her house after going to work and tried to rape the girl with a knife. The girl's brother came into the house and the thirtieth ran out of the house
The girl's mother Nanguneri has lodged a complaint with the All Women's Police Station and filed a case against the enemy under the pocso Act 2012 and is in jail. The 30-year-old girl, who was released on bail, has been repeatedly targeted and abducted. Esakkiammal has also lodged a complaint with the police in this regard. The girl has been going to school on a bicycle at 8.15 am since the opening of Idayankulam Ameerjammal High School after a long day on 04.09.2021.
On his way home in the evening, the enemy, along with his accomplices, forcibly abducted the girl, snatched her book bag and bicycle, threw her there and abducted her. Fellow students have come to town and told relatives about the incident and have lodged a complaint with the Kalakkad police.
The police have been telling us to go today and buy tomorrow as usual. Widowed mother Ishaqiammal is crying and not eating thinking of the child. He was the one who cut and wounded the Dalit people, including the Dalit woman Kani, who lived in the same village, and committed atrocities against the enemy. Mupitadi's grandmother was the one who complained to the district SP that we were being falsely accused under the Violence Act. The enemy who perpetrated atrocities on the Dalit people is now destabilizing their own social girls.
We therefore request the Kalakadu Police Station Inspector to register a case against the enemy under difficult sections and arrest and imprison the girl and hand over the girl to the widowed mother for safe release.
Also Nanguneri Deputy Superintendent of Police is known for honesty. He said that the officer should take special care in this case and bury the enemy under the law of thuggery as he is the one who takes prompt action in the protection of girl children. We urge you to expedite the proceedings in the Tirunelveli Special Court against the enemy and take special action.
Courts should not grant bail to perpetrators of such serial violence and sexual offenses against women. At the same time the general public here should consider that the effect of the High Courts granting bail and encouragement to the adversaries in the case of torture leads to the adversary engaging in a series of crimes.
The Tirunelveli District Collector, the District Superintendent of Police and the Attorney General should take special action to imprison the enemy for a period of time.
