பாலியல் பலாத்காரம்: சிறுமி கொலை 3 பேருக்கு தூக்கு தண்டனை

மத்தியபிரதேச மாநிலம் இந்தூர் அருகே நேருநகரில் கடந்த 2012–ம் ஆண்டு ஜூன் மாதம் 24–ந்தேதி அன்று 4 வயது சிறுமி கடத்தி பாலியல் பலாத்காரம் செய்யப்பட்டு கொல்லப்பட்டாள். இது தொடர்பாக ஆட்டோ டிரைவர் பாபு உள்பட 3 வாலிபர்கள் கைது செய்யப்பட்டனர். இந்த வழக்கை விசாரித்த இந்தூர் செசன்சு கோர்ட்டு நீதிபதி இந்திராசிங் தீர்ப்பு கூறினார். மூவர் மீதான புகார்கள் நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதால், குற்றவாளிகள் பாபு, ஜிதேந்திரா, தேவேந்திரா ஆகிய 3 பேருக்கும் தூக்கு தண்டனை விதித்து நீதிபதி தீர்ப்பு வழங்கினார்.
