சட்டக் கல்லூரி மாணவி ஜிஷா கூட்டு பலாத்காரம் செய்து படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்ட
சம்பவத்தில் முக்கியக் குற்றவாளியான அஸ்ஸாமைச் சேர்ந்த இளைஞரை
காவல்துறையினர் பொறி வைத்துப் பிடித்துள்ளனர்.
கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள அமியுல் இஸ்லாம் (24) இரண்டு
நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு அஸ்ஸாமில் இருந்து கேரளாவுக்கு வந்து கொண்டிருந்த போது,
தமிழக எல்லையில் கேரள காவல்துறையினரால் கைது செய்யப்பட்டார்.
அமியுல் இஸ்லாம், ஜிஷாவின் வீட்டுக்கு அருகே செயல்பட்டு
வந்த ஹாலோ பிளாக்ஸ் தொழிற்சாலையில் வேலை செய்து வந்தவர் என்பது
குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இந்த பலாத்காரக் கொலையை செய்துவிட்டு, அவர் அஸ்ஸாம்
தப்பியோடிவிட்டது விசாரணையில் தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.
அவரிடம் நடத்தப்பட்ட விசாரணையில், பெரும்பாவூரில் நடந்த
இந்த படுபாதகச் செயலில் தனக்கு தொடர்பிருப்பதை இஸ்லாம் ஒப்புக் கொண்டதாகக்
கூறப்படுகிறது.

வயது ஜிஷா கடந்த ஏப்ரல் 28ம் தேதி அவரது வீட்டில் கூட்டு பலாத்காரம் செய்து
படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டார்.
இது குறித்து தனிப்படை அமைக்கப்பட்டு விரிவான விசாரணை
நடத்தப்பட்டது. முதற்கட்ட விசாரணையில், குற்றவாளிகள் ஜிஷாவுக்கு நன்று
அறிமுகமானவர்கள் என்பது தெரிய வந்தது.

தலைமையிலான தனிப்படையினர், அமியுல் இஸ்லாமின் நண்பர்களை கைது செய்து
காவலில் வைத்திருந்தனர்.
அவர்கள் மூலமாக அமியுல் இஸ்லாமை தொடர்பு கொண்டு, ஜிஷா
கொலை வழக்கு விசாரணை முடிந்து விட்டதாகக் கூறச் செய்தனர். இதை நம்பி,
இஸ்லாமும் அஸ்ஸாமில் இருந்து புறப்பட்டு கேரளாவுக்கு வந்து கொண்டிருந்தார்.
அவர் கேரள எல்லையைத் தொடுவதற்குள் தமிழக எல்லையிலேயே வைத்து
காவல்துறையினர் கைது செய்து விசாரணை நடத்தினர்.

ஒத்துப் போனதை அடுத்து, அமியுல் இஸ்லாம் குற்றவாளி என்பது நிரூபணமானது.
காவல்துறை நடத்திய விசாரணையில், தனது குற்றத்தை இஸ்லாம் ஒப்புக் கொண்டுள்ளான்.

what could be a major breakthrough in the Jisha rape and murder case,
police sources in Kerala on Thursday claimed that they have nabbed the
suspect more than one and half months after the 30-year-old law student
was murdered. The DNA samples recovered from Jisha's house have matched
with the suspect according to the police.Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan made a statement endorsing the claim of Kerala police and congratulated the police department.
Here is what we know about the suspect:
The man Amir-Ur-Islam is a native of Assam and a migrant construction worker.
He is one of the labourers who was building Jisha’s new house and had visited the crime scene the morning of April 28.
The man was detained two days ago from Kancheepuram in Tamil Nadu. He had fled from Kerala to Assam after the murder and then returned to Tamil Nadu for a job.
The suspect was interrogated by the police at an undisclosed location, and has confessed to carrying out the murder, according to the police. His arrest has been formally recorded on Thursday.
A black rubber slipper found near a canal next to Jisha’s house lead to the breakthrough. A spot of blood on the slipper lead the police to confiscate the slipper. Jisha’s blood stains were on the chappal. DNA from the slipper matched with DNA samples taken from saliva on a bite mark on Jisha.
The man is also suspected to have accompanied Jisha as she visited a photo studio and had harassed Jisha in the past. The owner of the photo studio also reportedly identified the man.
A local newspaper reported that the man was identified by the owner of a footwear store, from which the suspect had purchased a pair of slippers.
The suspect reportedly harassed Jisha on April 28 morning, leading to a quarrel between them.
Jisha's sister Deepa however told the media that she does not of any Amir-Ur-Islam. Deepa also added that the investigating team had never questioned her about this man. thenewsminute.com
